The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that suggest unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect only begins once a specific infringement becomes known. Where such infringements are brought to my attention, I remove the content promptly.

This site links to external websites whose content is outside my control. I cannot accept responsibility for that third-party content; the respective provider or operator is always responsible for it. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking, and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. Where infringements become known, I remove the links promptly.

The skill index on this site points at third-party software and reports machine-generated findings. Those findings are an automated assessment, not a warranty. An entry with no finding means the analysis found nothing — not that there is nothing to find. Rights in the indexed skills remain with their respective authors, under whatever licence is stated there.

Content and works I created on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The source code of this site is published under the MIT licence and may be used accordingly. Third-party forum posts remain with their authors.
